Jeffrey was born and bred in the Cynon Valley and attended the local Grammar school and having qualified as a Solicitor in 1979 after training with Graeme John he has remained loyal ever since. Jeff is head of the Contentious Department at the Aberdare and Tonypandy Branches. He is married with two children, lives locally and is a very keen gardener and golfer.

Steven Reed B.A. (Hons)

Steven resides with his wife and three children locally in Aberdare, having attended the St John the Baptist Comprehensive School and thereafter Worcester College, qualifying in 1997. He then joined A F Brooks & Co of Aberdare, who merged with Graeme John Limited in 2007. Steve brings with him an established following of clients and is a particular expert in civil litigation, residential conveyancing and commercial litigation.
Lesley Pearce B.A.(Hons)

Lesley Pearce B.A. (Hons)

Lesley is the Director in charge of the Tonypandy Branch where she has been based since 1997. She specialises in Conveyancing, Probate, matters concerning Court of Protection, Lasting Power of Attorney and Elderly client issues. In 2014, Lesley qualified as a Notary Public and has her own Faculty and use of an exclusive Seal. She now holds a public office and can act as a certifying officer in relation to documents to be used in jurisdictions abroad. She is married with a son and daughter.

Leah was born in Aberdare and recently graduated from Cardiff University. She qualified as a Solicitor in January 2013 and we are pleased to say that she will remain with the practice dealing with Contentious matters at all of our Branches. In 2014, Leah became a member of Resolution - First for Family Law.


Gerald F. Carter LL.B.(Hons)

Gerald F. Carter LL.B. (Hons)

Gerald was born and bred in the Cynon Valley in the Cwmaman area and resides locally with his wife and family. Gerald has a son and daughter and qualified in 1980. He was also educated at the local Grammar School. He deals with all Non Contentious matters at the practice and is based at the Aberdare Branch. Gerald enjoys travelling, walking with his beloved dog and is an avid soccer fan.
Andrew Morgan (Hons)

Andrew Morgan (Hons)

Andrew was born and educated in Mountain Ash having attended the local comprehensive school. He worked as a hod carrier for 10 years and qualified for the legal profession at Kings College, Cambridge. He is presently a Consultant at our Mountain Ash branch dealing primarily with conveyancing and probate matters. You may remember Andrew as ex-champion of Welsh Subbuteo or recognise him as a bass guitarist with various bands over a 35 year period.

Elaine joined our team in October 2012 and is based at the Tonypandy Office as a conveyancing assistant to Lesley Pearce.

Norma L Davies

Norma is the accounts and branch manager of the practice and is the primary point of contact in relation to administrative aspects and day to day running of the practice.
